Sunday School helps us gain knowledge of God's Word, grow in faith, and equips us to share the Good News with others.
Sunday School: Sundays 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM
Classes available for Youth, Teens, and Adults. We welcome participation and encourage all to join us for Sunday School.
Outreach Ministry
Believers Feeders
Chair: Debra Alston
Mission:
Dedicated to the teaching of Christ by serving our neighbors facing hunger in the community. Our mission is to volunteer and passionately serve our community by providing nourishment and fostering hope among those facing food insecurities. If you have a heart for local outreach, Believers Feeders Ministry is for you!
Opportunities to serve & support:
- Prepare & serve breakfast every fourth Saturday 5:30 AM–8:00 AM at Potter's House Community Kitchen (*Children under 16 must have a parent/guardian present*).
- Ongoing nonperishable food item donation drives for Greensboro Urban Ministry Choice Pantry. Collection boxes located in church vestibule.
Community Outreach
Promote the gospel of Christ and express the love and compassion of Jesus to our community neighbors outside the church walls.
The key to transforming lives for Jesus is through the context of the relationships we build in our neighborhoods.
Health & Wellness
Believers Achievers
Facilitator: Monica Cole
Believers Achievers is a holistic health and wellness program providing education and resources to achieve optimal physical and mental health and well-being. Educational topics that focus on self-care, promotion of healthy lifestyles and disease prevention are presented twice monthly.
Penny Fund
Facilitator: Betty Daye
The Believer's Penny Fund is a program that supports members in need of assistance with purchasing medications. If you have questions about the program or would like to request assistance, contact Betty Daye at (336) 274-5079.
