Announcement of Pastoral Vacancy

The Believers Missionary Baptist Church of Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking to employ a bi-vocational Senior Pastor.

The application may be submitted one of two ways.

Online through a link on the church’s website (www.bmbcgso.com) and sent to the committee using this e-mail address: bmbcgso25@gmail.com. When you complete the application, click on File in the upper left hand corner and click Email this file. Email it to the Pulpit Committee as a PDF.
The application may be printed and filled out manually and mailed to the committee at this address: BMBC Pulpit Committee, P. O. Box. 13951, Greensboro, NC 27415.

In addition to submitting the application, the candidate should also submit a resume or bio that includes work history, especially ministerial and pastoral experience, educational background, community service, special awards, and 3-5 references.

A candidate’s application, resume, and 3-5 references should be submitted to the Pulpit Committee no later than August 1, 2025.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School will be held at the church on Monday June 17th – 19th from 6:00PM -7:30PM

Bereavement

Mrs. Betty McNeill transitioned from this earthly life on Sunday, July 9, 2023. She is the sister of Sister (Mama) Mildred Cherry. Her Celebration of Life service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Please keep the family in your prayers.

Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family of Eugenia (Cheek) Mitchell, the sister of Sis. Bettye Matthews. Ms. Eugenia (Cheek) Mitchell transitioned this life Tuesday, July 25, 2023 in Raleigh N.C. Her funeral will be July 29, 2023 at Unity Powerhouse Holiness Church, 100 Unity Powerhouse Church Road, Siler City, NC 27344. Visitation 1:00-2:00pm, funeral will begin at 2:00pm. Please keep this family in your prayers.
